In my experience this can be a way of living if you manage to keep the balance. I hear more when I don’t listen, I see more when I don’t look, and I say more when I don’t speak. But most important, I’ve learnt of a way to annihilate bleakness before it annihilates me.

It’s staggering to see what one can bear and learn being “fully alert and awake” AND in a state of meditation; and ‘finding’ the flute can be an experience in its own right…
