This knowledge has enabled me to think that everything is ok because what I don’t manage to work through in this lifetime will be washed away once I return to spirit. I now realise that this isn’t the case and that the only place I can work on the challenges I am now experiencing is here and now.

My life challenges me to the extent that sometimes I want it all to stop, and the way for the pain to stop is for me to find within myself what I need to resolve the challenge – it’s about taking responsibility for where I am.
