The Here and Now relieves us from the shackles of the past and so that we can regain all the energy wasted in supporting our old creations. In the Here and Now every moment contains an unlimited universe of possibilities that become instantly available to our conscious creation.
The Here and Now is also the time of Self-Consciousness.
