Faith and Focus

Faith is the focus of consciousness in creation. It is a driving factor in the direction and the manifestation of the creative process in your life. In the religious context, it is the belief in the unseen or the hope for a certain outcome. Yet, as indicated by the masters, such as Jesus, have but the faith of a mustard seed and the mountain will be cast into the sea. Now the mountain and the sea are both known entities of your reality; so, perhaps faith’s realm is more than that which is unseen but rather includes that which is known.

Faith is the conscious content of creation. It is an active driving force not a passive state.

Faith is the belief in your own desire to create and that there is no obstacle that stands in the way of your ultimate desire.

Faith is a state of being. Focus creates faith, and faith is the result of focus.

We would wish for you  to see the magic in your life. Our desire is for you to see the miracles. In that manner you will find the joy that you seek. Shamelessly, deliberately, intentionally become children. If you wish to live your life in grace and ease, in peace, joy, abundance, and love, one must identify, acknowledge and desire that the Source is an ever-flowing fount of goodness and love, meeting every supply and need beyond the illusions.
Do not look for the world in God. Look for God in the world.
Everything you experience and the reality in which you feel it, be it joy or sadness, abundance or lack, happiness or sorrow, are all degrees of the presence of God. Let us explain this way, without the presence of God, there would be nothing, you would not exist. If it is 15 degree below outside, it is perceived as cold; yet, it is still a measure of heat, it is warmer than a 100 below zero. So it is with God. Initiation

Throughout history it has been a common practice for those seeking spiritual attainment to experience an initiation. At first appearance it might seem to be a test, perhaps a cruel one, eliciting fear, anxiety, and despair on the part of the participants. In reality, the challenges and test for this initiation are devised by the initiate themselves through their own thoughts and beliefs.

Spiritual attainment, by its very nature, must be free from all outside influences and effects that could hinder one’s spiritual nature.
It is one’s own fear, abdication and powerlessness that feeds the tests and temptations that one must face through the initiation process.
The initiation is when one is stripped from all outward appearances of the ego consciousness. Nothing in their world can save them and even their senses fail. It is in this place of void, stripped naked to the soul, that one must rely completely and totally on their own spiritual identity. It is in this place that one is empowered. The Dings and Dents of Daily Living
Life has been extolled as a beautiful, precious opportunity but it is not always easy.  Unfortunately, many of its difficulties are often inflicted unnecessarily and without thought. It is not always the direct assault of someone “gunning” for you that causes the greatest emotional and psychological damage but the insults, insensitivity and inconsideration that you receive on a daily basis that are most harmful.

Humanity’s individual pain, often expressed in subtleties, erodes away at the quality of your life and those around you. As a result, to use an analogy, your life becomes like an old car that has lost its luster, dented and dinged but still runs.
The damage inflicted when these dings and dents occur often go unnoticed, ignored or disregarded, but they still leave their mark on the “finish” of your life.
All humanity has been both on the giving and receiving end of these seeming minor insults and injuries in their lives. As a result, life becomes, perhaps unconsciously, unsafe and even dangerous. A gnawing sense of vulnerability and a need to fortress oneself against others becomes commonplace.

Rains of Enlightenment

The soul of humanity is parched from a drought of meaningful words of comfort, understanding and empowerment. The messages of greed, chaos, confusion, doubt and fear has dried up the rivers of peace, understanding, hope, faith and love that naturally and effortlessly flow through the gardens of humanity’s mind. It has been said only drowning individuals can be saved. Perhaps humanity in its arrogance, in its need to be in dominance, its illusion that it exists separately and independently from the planet on which they dwell and the universe in which they live, has strangled and dammed up the flow of the cool waters of understanding, insight and truth that quenches the soul.

The “cathedrals” of the human spirit are again filled with the prodigal children of humanity’s thoughts, awaiting, praying for a spark of insight and a flicker of understanding. The Universe, the creative force of All That Is hears the plea of its children and the cries of the ones who call them forth into existence.

Words

Let us speak of the purpose, power and potential of words. All humanity uses words. We use words to communicate with you. Words can create nations or destroy lives, build up or tear down, inspire or devastate. Therefore, words have power, and their intent is defined by the one speaking them.
What are words and from where do they get their source of power?
From a utilitarian perspective, words are an expression of thought to communicate with another. Now part of the issue with humanity’s utilization of words is that they may not be an accurate expression of what is being said or conveyed, i.e. a lie.
Words are filtered through the conscious mind and are, therefore, subject to all of its influences. But their misuse does not diminish their power–perhaps, empowering something the speaker does not wish to create. “To create?” We must then be implying that words are by their nature a creative force. We believe you have ample evidence in your own life that this is true.

Above the Fray

The human experience can be chaotic and confusing. It is easy for an individual to be immersed in it to the point of inundation. The result is then to become reactive rather than proactive and perhaps, we could say, consciously panicked.
When we speak of being above the fray, we are not saying not to participate in your life; for human existence is not a spectator sport.
To be able to step away from the tumult to evaluate causes and access abilities is an important part of taking back the creative process in your life. Otherwise, if you allow your life to control your thoughts, rather than your thoughts creating your life, you have abdicated your responsibility and right to be a conscious creator.

What we are suggesting is to allow yourself permission to put things in perspective, to take into account your whole being as a participant in your life and a co-creator of what you are experiencing. In universal terms, there is always a life preserver for the “drowning” person. Calming your mind and stilling your actions allows you to see above the waves to the life preserver floating nearby.

Introspection of an Awakening Mind

Perhaps the most ignored, yet profound fact, is that you exist. If you are reading these words you “are.” Yet who you are? We hear a litany of names and life roles being uttered; yet, we have asked, “Who are you?”

In some ways, existence is seen, should we say, as so commonplace that humanity does not question it. Try looking behind the eyes that read these words and, therefore, the mind that comprehends them. Are you defined by that? And what is that? Can you stand back from your own awareness and observe yourself? And if so, then who is observing? Is it not you?

Therefore, is it possible to escape first person perspective? Do you ever comprehend yourself from outside yourself or are we just talking mind games? How can you know yourself if you can never observe yourself? Is third person observation possible?

In the physical world, humanity depends on feedback from others. But what we are asking is: can you observe yourself from a third person point of view? All else in your reality is seen from that perspective except yourself.

A Case of Mistaken Identity

Throughout human history, there have been the avatars, mystics and spiritual teachers to enlighten humanity. These teachers have been seen as masters, way-showers and individuals who had attained enlightenment. Their message was clear; their teaching unfaltering in their perception of the human experience and the truth of the identity of those whom they taught. Yet, across the board, almost without fail, the student saw the teacher as the focus of their enlightenment, deifying them, worshipping them and surrendering to them. This is a case of mistaken identity.
A master’s intent is be a mirror in which to see yourself.
The master’s finger does not point to themselves—but to you.
Any manifestation of the divine is your self-reflection. The master is but the mirror for you to see yourself as the Dalai Lama indicated to the guard as the border during his escape. When asked if he was the Lord Buddha, he answered, “I believe I am like the moon shining upon the waters. I am just the man trying to do good, and when you see me, you see yourself.”

The same is true with consciousness’ prime real estate called paradise. It is convenient and close to the necessary services you desire to lead a secure, peaceful and happy existence.

Secondly, with what currency do you purchase this desired plot of existence? We will say this: it cannot be bargained for, it cannot be borrowed against and, yes, it cannot even be inherited. You cannot earn it, you cannot learn it, but you can simply accept it by the currency of your thoughts.

Apparitions

Are apparitions real? Yes. Each with its own meaning and method to reach those intended in a way that will be understood for the betterment of those who will listen.

Everything is an expression of consciousness. We are an energetic expression of consciousness. All expression of consciousness exist simultaneously in all forms of its existence. Consciousness will sometimes choose messengers that have or will exist in physical form to get attention or to make an impact. We might say to “be dramatic.”

Now apparitions truly exists, but it is a perception in the mind of the one who is having the vision. Yes, there are times where vast multitudes see the apparition or some evidence of it, but the vehicle is the one who perceives it.

Perhaps you have noticed that often it is a simple child or peasant who is graced with this experience. Seldom kings or pontiffs, because simpler minds are open and uncluttered and in the simplicity of their soul they are able to see—as are you and others when they become like the child. The Fork in The Road

There is a poem that speaks of a traveler coming upon a fork in the road and choosing the one less traveled—which made all the difference in his life. The takeaway is that the well-traveled road leads to a common, usual and familiar life, while the less-traveled road leads to an obviously more fulfilled life. Most people see the well-traveled road as wide and manicured, certainly without obstacles; the less-traveled road is seen as narrow, possibly with low-hanging branches and grass growing underfoot.

Could it be that both realities are the same, indistinguishable from each other? The truth is that it is not what road you take but how you travel it. It is simply a choice.
You have chosen to walk this journey called life; so, why not choose the more adventurous, scenic and interesting path?
Be willing to step aside from the random and routine, the commonplace and accepted. Step forward in your own unique expression of who you are.
