Healing Hurt

As one travels the road on this plane of existence, they suffer bumps and bruises along the path. At humanity’s current level of the evolutionary process, one can expect there to be upsets and injuries even in the best of circumstances. Now it is true that no one can do something to you and how you choose to respond to someone’s actions, behaviors or attitudes is a choice; yet, we would be remiss if we did not agree that human interactions can be difficult, and that one’s actions profoundly affect another.

So today’s journey into understanding is not so much the metaphysical truth that in essence no one can affect your reality but yourself.
This is an attempt to understand and heal the hurt, betrayal and emotional injury one experiences encountering others in the physical plane of existence.
How does one deal with, heal and move on from emotional injuries inflicted by others? It is important in the process not to be self-condemning, for once you no longer direct your blame, frustration and hurt to another, the negative ego consciousness quickly looks for a new place to impose its lies—and you are an easy target.
There are five steps:
1. Understand your participation.
2. Understand the motivation for […]

Listen and Love the World

The planet speaks to you. What does she say?
If you want to know, listen to the birds singing. Listen to the chirps of crickets, the hum of bees, and cacophony of locusts. Listen to the breezes and winds. There is a voice greater than can be spoken in words. Become a participant and adapt to your rightful place on Mother Earth, and the birds of the air will feed you, the winds will become calm, the ground beneath your feet will become firm because you have become one with All That Is upon this planet.
The awakening of the new energy moving in vibrational waves across Mother Earth.
There is no longer the luxury of being the spoiled, belligerent, selfish children of Mother Earth. We say this not to be critical but with the hope that you would take the opportunity that is being offered to you. All is not lost. Ally yourself with those that seek to better the world. Take action in your own life to be a responsible user of planetary resources. You say, “What can we do? We must drive to work. We must heat our homes.” Unbridled greed and woeful mismanagement were not created in a […]

Intent and Intention

Intent is the elixir of life that lessens the bonds of hardship and anxiety.

Intent is a powerful force of focus. A defining line. That is how God draws straight with crooked lines.

How you control energy is by intent–and that takes no effort at all.

Intention lightens the load. It is the helium of spirit that lifts burdens from your shoulders.

Intention always succeeds. It is the filter of perception. It is always successful when focused upon. Affirmations exist for the sole purpose of focusing one’s intention. What is your intent for the day? The week? Intention is wise, it always instructs you on the highest course and the greatest good. Intention is always balanced. It is the conduit of wisdom. An often overlooked concept because intention is like the wind, hard to define, because it is the medium, intention is the fiber on which the rest is built. Intention is always present, it is not a past dream or a future hope. Intention sanctifies the moment. It declares all things to be in alignment with your goals.
Intention, attention–the concept of focus. Attention is external. We pay attention to what is going on there. Intention is the internal focus.
Hold that, the truth […]

Cosmic Community

Humanity is a communal being. Individuals thrive in the midst of others. Humanity innately desires for union with each other, be it in the marital relationship, the family, with those in their community, and perhaps even allegiance and alignment with their country.

When humanity unites for a common purpose, be it for the better or worse of the collective whole, one plus one is greater than two. There is, indeed a longing, a deep inner desire for that connection with another. It is in that connection that there is support, guidance and teaching.

The individual expands their own self-identify, ironically, when they have a deep awareness and participation in community. Think about those with whom you interact. Those that support you. Those that nurture you. Those that challenge you. Perhaps those who are a catalyst to move you to expand beyond the horizons of your desires.

When one is sad, they often wish to speak to another. When one is happy, one wishes to share it with another. All the positive attributes of humanity are expanded when individuals come together in true community with the sole purpose of the highest good of all involved. It is a reuniting with the consciousness of […]

The Four Races

At the beginning of this cycle of time, long ago, the Great Spirit came down and He made an appearance and gathered the peoples of this earth together “they say on an island which is now beneath the water” and He said to the human beings, “I’m going to send you to four directions and over time, I’m going to change you to four colors, but I’m going to give you some teachings and you will call these the Original Teachings and when you come back together with each other you will share these so that you can live and have peace on earth, and a great civilization will come about.”
— Lee Brown at the 1986 Continental Indigenous Council, Tanana Valley, Fairbanks, Alaska.

There are four directions that define the center. For there to be a center there must be positions that define it. If there is an east there must be a west. If there is a north, there is a south, a left, a right, an up, a down. Do you understand? And what does that orientation offer? These elements orient you to know your position in the universe. In order to determine where you are you need […]

Miracles

What is a miracle?

What does it look like?

Is it always wondrous? Or perhaps mundane?

Is it possible to be missed? Or perhaps not even accepted?

In a religious context, a miracle is a direct intervention into the physical plane of existence by the divine, most often altering natural law and precipitating events that are created from no known cause or effect.
In the context in which we wish to speak, a miracle is an intervention by consciousness into the illusion created by humanity’s thinking.
From a human perspective, there are agreed upon laws of nature, such as cause and effect, birth and death. The laws of nature seem immutable and unchangeable. These laws offer order and security, providing a balanced, harmonious and assistive environment to those who dwell in the consciousness of physicality. Yet all of the known laws of nature are born from a source beyond itself, the creator can change the creation, it can intervene.

In a perfect consciousness, the laws of nature perfectly provide for the wellbeing of its inhabitants. The negative ego consciousness of humanity has skewed that perfect perception, altering time and space, dominion and authority in one’s life.

A miracle is an intervention of consciousness to realign the reality […]

Prayer

Perhaps you can recall as a child kneeling at the side of your bed, hands folded, a parent gently coaching you to prayer. “Now I lay me down to sleep…” As we grew and developed a sense of spiritual identity, it was comfortable to know there was a ‘father’ who watched over us, who would protect us, who would save us. But what now? When we are becoming ever increasingly aware that there is no separation between ourselves and the presence of God?
As a result of our perception we feel a loss, a void. To whom do we now pray?
Is prayer talking to ourselves? If not to whom, that elusive higher self? Or perhaps the soul? And what of these guides? Or loved ones who have transitioned? The old rote safe prayers no longer offer comfort. Yet, Jesus, acutely aware of his intimate connection to the divine declared, “Our Father.” He would often separate himself from the throngs that sought him and even from his followers, to go off and pray. To whom did he pray if he himself was God?
A key to understanding prayer is to understand the interaction between the archetypical concepts of the Father, Son, and Holy […]

Omniscience

Embrace your world, embrace your reality, scour every corner for things out of alignment with the One Mind and the One Thought, and love and embrace them into the light. There is no lonliness here. There is no fear here. There is no darkness here. Have no adversary. Inundate and surround and fill those in your reality who are out of alignment with the perfect perception with love. Everything, everyone must work in alignment, in harmony.
To excel to your own level of greatness, to excel to the level of truth in your being one must be in harmony with all things.
Do you understand that your love of yourself is the foothold into the perception of who you are. Look East, West, North, South and you will only see yourself, but yourself is beyond this physical being, this self is the One Mind and the One Thought that fills your being with love.
Paradise is love itself. The concept of good and evil erodes the concept of love of self.
We would wish to give you the universe, but it is already yours. Your body is an anchor to your world, and your planet is an anchor so that you can view […]

Healing an Ailing Planet

We come to you not in admonishment but rather as children who need to be reminded to care for their parent. The planet, Mother Earth as you have come to call it, has been your nurturer and your parent in your physical journey through this plane of existence. She gives her gifts freely and willingly and asks but one thing in return and that is to honor her.

What does that honoring mean? How does one express honor to a parent. Even your ancient writings speak of that law. A parent holds a place of respect, separate from all others, because of the care, protection, nurturing, source of life they provide for a child’s very existence.
“Do no harm” is the best example of how each of her children can honor Earth.
We understand and, in fact, we have participated with you in the advancements in technology and industry that have benefited humanity and negatively impacted the planet’s resources. Intentional, unintentional, informed and uninformed disregard for the earth and its inhabitants has been evident throughout this phase of humanity’s growth and development.

The “rule of thumb” has been for greed rather than working harmoniously with the planet and its gifts. Be assured for […]

The Question is the Answer

Perhaps you have heard the statement that if you can ask the question you then already know the answer — the question is the answer. At first glance this could be seen as counterintuitive and begging the question, “Then why ask in the first place?” A redefinition of what a question actually is offers the best place to start to understand this seeming dichotomy. When the act of questioning is seen as a process of comprehension rather than discovery you will understand this truth of consciousness. In actuality, to question is you pointing at the horizon of your awareness asking, “What’s that?”
Therefore, a question is not about the unknown but rather the present yet to be understood in your life.
It is consciousness that creates awareness, and questioning that creates comprehension, of what your consciousness has made you aware of. As a result, discovery is an act of consciousness, while questioning is an invitation to integrate what your consciousness has discovered. A question is a doorway to discovery—not the source of it.
Not to question is to deny the comprehension of what consciousness is creating in your life.
To question is to participate in the creative process of consciousness.
Questioning also creates ownership of […]

To Know That You Know

To be capable of knowing that you know is to be a participant in the consciousness of creation.
Humanity’s birthright is to be that consciousness in physical form—therefore, God walking in its garden. To be aware that you are aware provides you access to the ultimate expression of consciousness, which is the knowledge of your own existence, conscious that you are conscious and declaring, “I Am.”

To affirm that you “know that you know” is a direct connection to the creative force of consciousness, an unobstructed source to what you desire to create. To know that you know is the irrevocable, immutable and invulnerable catalyst of all creation, and within that circle of consciousness the circuit is complete for creation.
To declare that “I Am” is the acknowledgement of your connection to the creative consciousness of the universe.
To declare that “I Am who I Am” (which is what God said to Moses on the mountain) is to harness that creative force and more importantly, define your own existence—which is the ultimate purpose of the creative process.

Nothing, as mentioned, can intrude upon a consciousness that knows that it knows, which is the source for the dominion granted to humanity. It is in that […]

Superstitions

Superstitions are a curious anomaly of the human psyche. Though in and of themselves they are powerless; the well-anchored beliefs they attract can and do have an effect and consequence on human behavior.
Superstitions are the beliefs held en masse founded in no viable reason.
They can range from individual to cultural superstitions, but the common factor in all superstitions is fear—fear if you do or do not do this or that then this will or will not occur. All humanity is superstitious to some degree and even some religious and spiritual practices are more superstition than theology.

To understand superstition is to accept it as a displaced belief system. It has become powerful because it has a cumulative effect on those who have chosen to participate. The greater the belief system the more likely the believers will create the actualization of the superstition—thus reinforcing the validity of the belief. Though a negative mental process, it is a great illustration of the power of collective consciousness.
Behaviors and attitudes associated with a superstition have no power.
It is the belief in them that carries the creative catalyst.
Superstition can only become effective when people abdicate their power and allow themselves to become vulnerable to outside […]

Attitudes as Indicators of Actions

Actions are a direct reflection of your thoughts, and your thoughts are a reflection of your consciousness. Therefore, your actions are a reflection of your consciousness, and the attitude of your action is a projection of your thoughts.
The reason we wish to discuss attitudes as an indicator of actions, rather than your thoughts, is that thought is an internal process while actions are an external expression of the internal thought process. What attitudes add to the mix is that they are the carriers of the emotional content of actions. This is evidenced by the fact that you are often able to determine what someone is thinking by observing their attitude. Attitudes, like actions, are indicators of someone’s thoughts.
Attitudes are an indicator of actions because attitudes color your actions with an emotional presence.
In reverse, actions do not affect attitudes. Actions are what you do; attitudes are the way in which you do it.  As a result of the emotional content, those participating in or observing are the object of the action.  The same action can be perceived differently depending on the attitude.

An example might be when you ask your neighbor for a spur-of-the-moment ride to work because your car won’t start […]

The Singularity of Consciousness

We have spoken of the innumerable alternate realities that exist which are created by your thoughts and choices. We have also indicated that you are continually moving within them based upon your current thoughts and behaviors since you exist consciously in only one physical reality at a time.

Be it a profound shift or a subtle move in the venue of your life, the process of movements remain the same. The process is that the reality in which you dwell and the one you desire are in harmonic resonance with each other. What is the connective tissue of conscious between them? The most dramatic leaps in consciousness are made with a single step in thought.
How do you move from your current reality to the one you desire?
There are two elements that must be contained within the creative process to effectively make the shift. The first is to remove any resistance to your current situation, and second, create commonality between where you are and where you wish to be– thus creating an energetic resonance between the two.

Let us explain. As most are aware, we have often instructed our readers that resistance chains you to the focus of your disdain. Therefore, it […]

Investment and Desire

We would like to offer some clarity over the seeming confusion between the art of uninvestment and humanity’s natural tendencies to have desires.

At first glance, it would seem they are oppositional attitudes and cannot successfully occupy the same mind simultaneously. The reality is that they can be co-existent and can greatly enhance the creative process and its manifestation. Let us explain.
Investment is not focused on the present moment while desire is.
When you become invested in your current circumstances, either “what should be” or “what might be,” you have stagnated your growth and hindered the creative abilities you possess. The reason for this is that investment is a form of resistance born of fear, and therefore, reinforcing what you don’t want. The source of investment is always the fear of losing what you have in the present moment or not obtaining it in the future.

Even investment in a future state is a reinforcement of what you don’t want in your life now and an invalidation of your current moment.  For example: being invested in the job you have or the one you want, in either case, leads you to not having what you want. The first promotes the fear of […]
