The following is an excerpt from Cosmic Consciousness, The Personality of God Upon Creation.
Consciousness is the initiator of all that exists, and the I AM expresses the realization of the whole of all existence. Yet, how does consciousness create and thought manifest? What are the practical applications to being a creative force in your reality?
In the physical plane of existence, creation is seen as active—a thought envisioned, a plan made, an action taken—to create what is envisioned.
In the world of temporality, these individual phases of creation are distinct and obvious. In the realms of consciousness, creation and the creator are a state of being. In the world of consciousness where time is of no affect, the conception and the creation are simultaneous. Without the creation, there can be no conception, and without the creator, there can be no manifestation.
We understand that this can be confusing when you are immersed in the linear concept of time. Creation is a multi-faceted process simultaneously occurring in the realms of spirit. In the higher dimensions of consciousness, creation takes no effort at all. Creation, by its very nature, is a symbiotic process for the creator sustains the creation, and the creation sustains the creator.
Therefore, anything conceived already exists; and everything that exists has been conceived in the mind of the one who perceived it.
The practical application of the cosmic consciousness of creation is understanding that whatever you wish to manifest in the physical plane of existence, already exists in the realms of consciousness. Your job is to be receptive and to create a conduit for its manifestation into your reality. That conduit is created by your thoughts, words and actions.
Being a creator in the physical plane of existence is much like picking an apple from a tree, you simply need to seize it. So, as you go about creating in physical form, begin the process by acknowledging that which you desire—be it a goal, an object, a state of being or an attitude already existing—and all that you are doing is accepting that which already is.
I acknowledge what I desire already exists in the realms of Consciousness and I accept it into my life.
This concept clearly identifies the activity for this chapter. Your job is to be receptive and to create a conduit for (its) manifestation into your reality. That conduit is created by your thoughts, words and actions.
— Keeping in mind that what you desire already exists
— Identify your desires, create a plan and take action to create a conduit for your desires.
— Keep a diary of your progress toward your goals.
Based upon what you have read in the above concept:
— How does consciousness create and thought manifest?
— What are the practical applications to being a creative force in your reality?
In the physical world the elements of creation are: A thought envisioned and a plan made, an action taken.
In the realms of consciousness the elements of creation are: Conception and the creation are simultaneous.
In the realms of consciousness, creation and the creator are a state of being.
— What can be learned from this truth to assist in creating in the physical world?
— Can creation be a state of being in the physical plane of existence?
— If so, how?
Speculate what occurs in the creative process when it becomes more a state of being than the implementation of actions? In your opinion, is it appropriate in the physical world only to create by “being” and taking no action?
— Why or why not?
— If not, describe clearly what you believe the balance to be between the creative elements of “being” and “action”.
